Rachel Marie Laughlin

Rachel Marie Laughlin passed away on August 11, 2018. She was born to Arthur and Margauret Boyd on June 16, 1930 in Plainview, Texas. Rachel was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Rachel was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Margauret Boyd; her husband of 55 years, Will Hays Laughlin; her siblings, Margaret Daune Boyd, Donald T. Boyd, Bobby Joe Boyd; and her daughter, Rachel Fay Trappe. She is survived by her children, Donna Best (Donny), Maggie Alejandro, and Lori Fohn; her grandchildren, Sara (Kevin), Levi (Sydney) Clinton (Erica), Megan, Patrick, Joshua, Destry (Molly), and Hanna; great grandchildren, Rachel, J.D., Kase, and Heston, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 13th from 6-8 pm at Sunset Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 14th at 12:00 pm at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
