Rachel R. Estrada went to be with the Lord July, 24, 2012. She was born September 14, 1941 in Weslaco, TX to Jesus and Nievas Rodriguez. Rachel was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Narciso Rodriguez and Jesus Rodriguez, Jr.
She leaves behind her beloved husband of nearly 53 years, Santos Estrada; children, Janie Kray, Julia Estrada, Angie Benson, Teresa Campos, Raquel Carreon, Priscilla Johnson, Samuel Estrada; 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 26 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM at Sunset North Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7:00PM. A Funeral Mass will be Friday, July 27 at St. Helena Catholic Church, 14714 Edgemont, at 10:00AM. Mrs. Estrada will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery.
