So Sorry we missed the Mass on Sunday 2 May 2021.
Our thoughts and Prayers are with Carolyn and the entire family and miss having Y'all as neighbors at the Enclave, in Canyon Springs.

Paul was a special cousin to me. We grew up together (like families do as kids). Then life takes us to different paths as adults.
I didn't know Paul as the man he became, I didn't know Paul as the husband he became, I didn't know Paul as father he became. 
The Paul I got to know was a man who loved and cared for his family. 
We reconnected this past year and a half. He would tell me stories of us as children (with great detail). He had a great memory. 
Our reconnection was with such ease and almost effortless. He made it easy and comfortable. We shared many thoughts in a short time that really expanded over years. I am grateful to have had that time with him. I will miss you Paul. 

It is so difficult to share words to express the appreciation for the opportunity that we have had for you and your family to be part of our lives.  The memories will be everlasting.   So here's to the good times. Thank you.

Paul Sr was one of the best individuals I’ve ever met. He leaves a legacy of competitiveness and heart. One of his sons P-Rod always has a family back in Boston. I love you brother and am always here for you. God Bless to The Rodriguez family.  And to P-Rod: your dad always new we were the smash brothers. His smile and love for the sport we all love  will forever live on throughout!

Paul was a light in this world that would not extinguish easily. When I first met his smiling face at USAA I knew he was a special man. He loved everyone, even those who did not love him back. He knew the value of living and gave strength to those who had none. People like Paul are a blessing to know. I am very fortunate to have shared space with you in this lifetime. I will never forget you señor. 

Paul, still lost for words, but I will never forget us sitting next to each other , laughing and joking and living/loving life! You told me how proud you were of your family and your son Paul D. Rodriguez. I met you before I met him, and then when I connected with him, I knew exactly where he got his heart, and passion from! I love you man, and thank you for being a highlight of my life! Rest In Peace bro!

I remember, Mr Rodriguez when he used to always be there for his children the thing I remember is when the Antonion cheerleaders were getting ready for nationals in Dallas us as parents we all sticked as a family and also mr Rodriguez always had a smile on him I knew. Mr Rodriguez when my kids attended st.john Berchman he will truly be missed. 

I feel so privileged that I had the opportunity to spend time with you in my recent visits to San Antonio, Paul. I will never forget the first time we met. You were in the hospital and, yet, cracking jokes the whole time. We talked about all of the common people that we both knew and you made me feel right at home. You were an incredible person with an incredible family. Thank you for all that you gave to the world. You are so very missed. I will continue to keep your family in my prayers. Love, Molly

Coach Paul was such an amazing person. Not only was he one of my coaches but also a great friend to my family. It is because of him and Paul, Jr. that I love the sport of baseball as much as I do and I definitely owe my spot near the top of the line up to him. Even after he got sick, he always smiled and always joked around. He was so strong and put up one heck of a fight. I am praying for all of you guys right now and I know that he fought long and hard and I do find comfort in my belief that he is in heaven now and no longer suffering. Love you guys, John R. Carolyn, Desirae, Paul Jr., Marriette and Kevin, my thoughts and prayers are with you.  I had the privilege of having Paul in my life, I considered him a Dear Dear Friend.  As you know baseball runs deep in our roots and Paul was instrumental not only in the development of my son Patrick 's baseball abilities but also instrumental in teaching many other young boys and girls that were fortunate enough to be under his tutelage.  Please take comfort in knowing Paul is now at PEACE resting and in the company of the GOOD LORD above helping watch over all of you (us). So sorry to hear about the passing of Paul. 
We were his neighbors at the Enclave in Canyon Springs until we moved into our new home in July 2018.
He was such a wonderful person and enjoyed having him & Caroline & the family as neighbors.
