Paul U. Garcia born on October 27, 1953 in San Antonio, TX went to be with the Lord on June 18, 2013 at the age of 59. He is preceded in death by his parents, Luis Garcia and Juanita Ulibarri Garcia. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and received the National Service Medal and Good Conduct Award. He is survived by his son, Paul L. Garcia, Jr.; companion, Mary Smith; sisters and brothers; Gloria G. Zapata, Yolanda (Jesse) Morgan, Lucia U. Garcia, Leroy (Yolanda) Garcia, Raul (Patti) Garcia, and Rose (Victor) Velasquez; also numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday June 27, 2013 at Trevino Funeral Home 226, Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A procession will depart from the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. Friday June 28, 2013 for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
