Olivia M. Medina

Olivia M. Medina born on July 12, 1937 in San Antonio, TX went to be with the Lord on December 13, 2012. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Gumecindo Ojeda and Hector Mata. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Paul R. Medina; children, Paul Medina Jr.(Nicole), James Medina (Diane), Wayne Medina ,Diana Moreno (Ruben), Frank Medina (Elsa), Larry Medina, and Mike Medina; 16 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; sisters, Velia Gorman, Blanca Jimenez, and Josie Don; also, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, neighbors, many friends and her pet Toby. Olivia loved to “rough it out”on the beach and spend time in her garden with her son, Larry. Mostly, she was proud of the home she made and all the babies she’d raised. She will forever be in our hearts and we will miss her beautiful smile and loving embraces. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday December 19, 2012 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. A Rosary will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday December 20, 2012 in the funeral home chapel. A procession will depart from the funeral home on Friday December 21, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. John Berchmans’ Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery No.2
