Martha Louise Koehler

Martha was born in Ottawa, MI to George F. and Ruby E. Pumphrey on October 2nd 1937. She married E. Floyd Koehler on June 2nd, 1979 in San Antonio, TX. She graduated from South San High School in 1956. She worked as a Statistician for John Steen Insurance for 11 years. She was involved in Bowling, playing Bunco, raising horses, watching NASCAR, raised a variety of exotic birds, and loved shopping. She received many City, State and National Bowling awards.

Martha is preceded in death by her beloved husband E. Floyd Koehler, and her two endearing brothers Russell and Dwayne Pumphrey.

Martha is survived by her unmeasured loving daughter Melanie Ann Huckle.

With unmeasured sadness my dearest Mother… My mind still talks to you. My heart still looks for you, but my soul knows you are at peace. No matter how much I say “I love you” I always love you more than that. I miss you in every single breath and moment until we meet again in heaven.

For the joy you’ve given, the love you’ve shown, for all the happy times we’ve known. For days you’ve brightened in large and small ways, this comes with Love today and always.

Visitation will be held in the Mausoleum II Chapel at Sunset Memorial Park on Friday, December 20th from 1-3 pm with Entombment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum II.
