Maria Rose Trujillo

Maria Rose Trujillo, age 90, passed away on January 4, 2023. She was born on September 12, 1932. Maria was a member of Eastern Star Alamo Heights Chapter #734 and American Legion Ladies Auxiliary JFK Post 485. Maria was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Maria was preceded in death by her husband, Adolph A. Trujillo; 17 of her siblings, her daughters, Cindy Kus and Dorothy Bonds; and grandchildren, Rudy Terrazes , Mariah Mancha. She is survived by her Nephew and Nieces whom she helped raise Joseph G. Flores Jr. Elva Rose, and Patricia Garcia and children, Beatrice T. Lopez, Frances A. Trujillo, Adolph Anthony Trujillo, II, Frances A. Mancha, and Frank J. Trujillo; grandchildren, Madison I. Trujillo, Mark Roach, Jeffrey Roach, Freedom Lori Strickland, George Lopez Jr., Casandra Kus, Cynthia Mendoza, Bianca Romero, Gabriella Sandivol,Albert John Terrazes, Leon Rodriguez, Justin Rodriguez, Joseph Trujillo, Javier Mancha Jr., Jonathan Mancha, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, numerous Nephews and Nieces.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 26th 11-12:45 pm in the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. The Funeral Service will be on Thursday, January 26th at 12:45 pm starting with the Easter Star ceremony at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with the burial to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
