Maria Theresa Jesse

Maria Theresa Jesse entered eternal rest and reunited with the love of her life/husband, MSGT Albert Francis Jesse on January 19, 2021 in San Antonio at the age of 78. She was born December 18, 1942 in San Antonio, TX to the late Jose Augustine and Consuelo Perez Garza. Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother Ruben Garza, brother-in-law Roland Jesse, niece Mary Jesse, and nephew Roland Jesse, Jr.

She is survived by her beloved daughters Anna Renae and Cheri Linda; grandchildren Kyle Andrew and fiancé, Kayleigh Ann, Blayde Zane, and Dylan Aubree; and great-grandchildren Keira Autumn, Kole Augustine and Kash Albert. She is also survived by her sister Mary Jane Garza and numerous nieces and nephews.

Theresa’s life revolved around her family. She loved to cook, bake, have big parties and always helped anyone in need. She was active in the church Catholic Daughters, ACTS, Altar Society. Her spirit will live on through those who loved her, and she will be missed dearly.

Visitation at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home 4:30-6:00 PM and Rosary at 7:00 PM, Monday, February 8. Mass at St. Henry’s Catholic Church on February 9, at 12:00 PM.

Private family interment to take place at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
