Margie was a big sister and a good friend to me when  I was growing up.     We went to Concerts,. Shopping,. Lubys  and FIesta.   I really miss you and wish  I had more time with you.  I will always remember our friendship  and the laughter  and the good times.   No more pain and suffering  my friend.    Can't wait to see you in heaven.

Our condolences to the family of Margie Alvarado. I worked with Margie at Kelly AFB, Brooks City-Base and Joint Base San Antonio -Lackland.  Margie was a dedicated civil service employee but also had a great sense of humor. Shealways made me laugh and made the workday a little more bearable. I, too remember the "beauty shop".

There are no words to say except I knw you are at peace and with those loved ones who left before you.  They now greet you and welcomed you into heaven.  You made coming to work fun and the Beauty Shop is now legendary for all who those remember. I will miss you and I know you have already opened up a new Beauty Shop in heaven. Although I'm sad to hear you left us so early it gives my peace that God called you to be by his side in heaven.


My deepest sympathy to the family of Margie Alvarado.  Our friendship began when she was working at Brooks and I was a contractor. She trained me in use of the contracting system and remained ready to assist me when we moved to B171 and I was hired as an annuitant. Please know that my heart grieves with you.  May God grant you comfort and may she rest in heaven free of pain and the cares of this world.

We are grieving your loss here at Kelly Annex building 171 (now 772ESS/PK).  We were saddened to hear that Margie is now with her husband, her dear friend, Sara and her beloved Dad and not with us here. I pray that her family can be comforted by the fact that she is with her beloved family in heaven.  I know that she was a fighter.  I know she was a family person and loved her family.  Thank you all for having shared her with her contracting family here at Kelly.  God bless her and you all.

Margie I just learned you are no longer here with us on earth, and know you are now in heaven with your husband.  The Beauty Shop closed when you retired here and you are greatly missed.
