Macario G. Nieto

He was an expert in landscaping and liked working in his garden and yard. He was known for his knowledge of plants. He loved nature and helped others in creating beautiful gardens. As a traveler, he liked taking trips to Las Vegas.

Mr. Nieto is preceded in death by his parents, Canuto Nieto and Crecencia Galvan Nieto; siblings, Guillermo Nieto, Juan Nieto, Eduwijes Nieto, Paula Nieto and Francisca Nieto.

He is survived by his daughter, Veronica Nieto-Harrington and husband, Kyle; granddaughter, Sarah Nicole Nieto-Serna; also, numerous nieces and nephews.

The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 22, 2024 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd., San Antonio,TX 78237 followed by a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.

The Procession will depart from the funeral home at 10:15 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. Mass of The Resurrection at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 1710 Clower St., San Antonio,TX. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville, San Antonio,TX 78237.
