Jose Rodela, Jr., age 79, passed away on December 8, 2021 in San Antonio. Texas. He was born on January 11, 1942 in Laredo, Texas. Jose was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be deeply missed.
Jose was preceded in death by his parents, Jose, Sr. and Patrocina Rodela; and his
Brothers, Hector and Carlos Rodela. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Concepcion Rodela; his children, Veronica Garcia (Eric), Leticia McClure (Johnny), Ricardo Rodela (Allison); his sibling, Ramon Rodela, Luis Rodela (Alicia), and Virginia Maria Flake (Hugh); sister-in-law, Pauline; grandchildren, Melissa, Lisette, Ricardo, Jr., Eric, Jr., David, Joseph, Emma, and Gabriel; great-grandchild, Tristan.
A Memorial Service with military honors will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on Friday, February 18th at 11:15 am (Shelter #2).
