Jesus Castor Flores, born on November 28, 1946 in Cotulla, Texas was called to be with our Lord on July 19, 2015 at the age of 68. He resided in Von Ormy, Texas for 40 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Juana Castor Flores; brother, Jose Flores Jr. and sister, Encarnacion Flores Meraz. He is survived by his sons, Jesus Flores Jr., Andrew Flores (Melissa), Juan Flores (Guillermina) and David Flores (Mirna); 7 grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Rosa F. Ruiz, Maria F. Rodriguez, Eusebia F. Canales, Camilo Flores, San Juana F. Gonzalez, Lorenzo Flores, Zaragoza Flores, Laura F Perez, Robert Flores, and Doralinda F. De La Rosa; also numerous nieces and nephews. The visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Road, with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. The funeral procession will depart from the funeral home on Friday, July 24, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. for a 11:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Von Ormy, Texas. Internment will follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Somerset, Texas.
