It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Janie Salinas Reyes. She was called to the Lord July 13, 2022 at the age of 92. She enjoyed gardening, shopping and going to garage sales.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Moises and Juanita Salinas, Raul Salinas, Josephina Martinez, Ramona Sanchez and Moses Salinas.

She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Arturo Martinez, George Martinez, Janie Arellano, Mary Ann Fernandez, Norma Sanchez, Gloria Sanchez, Rachel Baca, Eddie Salinas, Nora Salinas, Margie Prado and Raul Salinas as well as numerous family and friends. Janie will be missed by everyone who knew her.

A visitation for Janie will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237. A rosary will occur Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237. A chapel service will occur Thursday, July 28, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237. An internment will occur Thursday, July 28, 2022 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at San Jose Burial Park, 8235 Mission Rd., San ANtonio, TX 78214.
