Janet Lee Standard went to be with the Lord on July 19, 2017. Born in France in 1957, Janet spent 40 years as an employee of Southwestern Bell and AT&T. She retired as a Communications Technician in downtown San Antonio. She is survived by WSM Paulette Standard and Arturo, sisters Cherie Standard, Diane Cottrell, Sandy Collier & husband Tim, nieces & nephews Travis Cottrell, Jamie Collier, Amanda Hayes, Corey Cottrell & wife Naomi, Kelly Donaldson & husband Trent, Lindy Okonkwo & husband Bert and grandnieces & nephews Ryleigh, Delanie, Cameron, Colton, Thomas and Dex.

A reception will be held on Saturday July 22, 2017 at 1 pm for all at Sunset Funeral Home, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 2 pm.
