Jake Jonathan Arredondo

Jake Jonathan Arredondo was born on March 7, 1989 in San Antonio, Texas. He passed away on Septmber 1, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas. He was the eldest of his generation preceding his brother, Nicholas, cousins, David III, Erik, Monty, Ruben Jr.,Cristian and Caden. Jake will be greatly missed by his family; his loving parents, MaryLou and Chris Perez, brother, Nicholas, grandparents, David Guererro, Ricarda Guerrera, Roland Perez and Sandy Perez,aunts, Sandy Martinez and husband Albert, Charisma Esparza and husband Chris, uncles, David Guerrero Jr., Ruben Guerrero and wife Nicky, great-aunt, Carol Annette Perez. Jake leaves a great hole in the hearts of those close to him. His smile, laughter, love and charm will be forever missed. Jake had a great sense of humor and an animated personality. His daredevil trait often pushed his limits to extreme at all his athletic endeavers in baseball, soccer, bicycle moto-cross and skate boarding. He appreciated the outdoors,spending weekends camping with his family, hiking and biking the great scenic Texas hill country landscape and the sounds and feel of the ocean beach. He greatly enjoyed fishing, birding and archery. Jake had great computer skills and was very creative with musical composition and especially loved to build things. He was always willing to help people out with anyway he could and was extremely friendly towards people, also loved and cared greatly for animals. The family of Jake would like to greatly express their gratitude and Thanks to extended family and friends that have offered their support and compassion during this tragic time. We are blessed to to have frineds like you to help lift our spirits as we endure this hardship. Please continue to pray for our healing. A memorial service for Jake will be held at 7:00 P.M.on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road.
