At her request, no service will be held. Instead, her family and friends will honor her memory on Saturday, July 9, 2022 with a Celebration of Life at a location and time to be determined.
Heather was born on August 14, 1974 in Ancon, Panama. She lived her life to the fullest and accomplished anything she set her mind to. She was full of spunk and fire and most would claim she had an attitude for days. She was known for speaking her mind and never backed down from what she believed in. She was quick witted and had a mouth like a sailor. If you told her “No” she would take that as a personal challenge and she would likely change your mind. She wasn’t afraid of anything and was a fierce defender of her family and close friends.
Heather enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and she loved her job. Her hobbies included attending champion dog shows with her three 3 American Bullies, Chief, Diamond and Zion, working on DIY projects around her new home and rediscovering her love of art.
Heather was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a loyal friend and those who knew her loved her. She devoted much of her time caring for her fur babies, who were very much like her children.
Heather is survived by parents Myra Marshall and William Marshall, daughter Ashley Webb, son Christopher Waite, grandchildren Emily and Liam Hedrick, sisters Michelle Portwood, Nancy Bledsoe (married to Shane Bledsoe), Jennifer Webb and Kayla Marshall, aunt Gwen Moore, nephew Michael Caudill (married to Whitney Caudill), nieces Alexandria Harbeck, Taylor Caudill, Mackenzie Bledsoe, Quinn Caudill and many cousins; as well as her best friends Lindsay Van Gundy and Erin Honeycutt.
Heather’s life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that God needed her more than we did here on Earth. Her family and friends will carry on her memory and live life knowing that Heather is watching over them.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.SunsetNorthFuneralHome.com for the Marshall family.
