Felipe Silva Saldaña went to be with the Lord on February 16, 2015 at the age of 89. He was preceded in death by his parents Santiago and Paula S. Saldaña, brother: Santiago Saldaña, and sisters: Trinidad Saldaña, Donicia Carrasco, and Anita Hernandez. He is survived by his loving wife Guadalupe H. Saldaña, sons Felipe H. Saldaña, Jr. (Estella), and Manuel H. Saldaña; sisters: Josie Saldaña, and Concepcion Solis; brothers: Mike Saldaña and Marcello Saldaña; grandchildren: Paul (Jennifer) Saldaña, Michael (Lorinda) Saldaña, Priscilla S. (Leroy) Chavez, Mark Saldaña; Great grandchildren: Lauren Saldaña, Ethan Saldaña, Tristan Saldaña, Khloe Saldaña, and Diego Chavez. A Visitation will take place on Thursday February 19, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Procession will depart the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. on Friday February 20, 2015 for an 11:00 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at St. John Berchmans Catholic Church, with interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery III.
