Faustino was a quiet man but when he spoke, he filled you with words of wisdom, kindness and love. He was a gentle giant who always sought fairness and respect for all.
His words were firm and truthful, with a reliance on the Bible as his compass.
Many friends and family share what an honorable man he was and how anyone would be blessed to have known such a man.
Throughout his life, Faustino was a bus driver, carpenter, mechanic, painter, plumber, seamstress, loving father, husband, counselor and man of God. Although he was a man of few words, he made an impact on many, especially young people, ask my cousin Angela. He was an avid reader who always sought wisdom and knowledge. As a historian, he shared politics and historical events, and loved discussing classic vehicles. He knew and accomplished a little of everything, a true jack of all trades.
The Sanchez Family extends an invitation to honor the loving memory and celebrate the life of Faustino G. Sanchez.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 20, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, with a prayer service to begin at 7:00 PM. A chapel service will occur Friday, October 21, 2022, at 11:00 AM with interment to follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
Loving memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.funerariadelangelpaloalto.com for the family.
