Dolores R. Berry, age 66, moved on with the grace of God to be with our Holy Father after a hard fought battle on April 3, 2013. She was born on April 17, 1946, in San Antonio, to Fidel and Pauline Robledo. Dolores retired from NISD as a teacher's assistant for children with special needs. It was her passion to teach children with struggles and to watch them grow. It is with a heavy heart and sorrow that you have moved on; however, it is with true understanding and love that you will again someday guide us home to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Dolores is survived by her beloved husband of 44 years, Dennis Berry; sons, Dennis (Tori) Berry, Douglas (Leticia) Berry, Derek (Julie) Berry, and Daniel (Michelle) Berry; grandchildren, Lacey Hinson, Douglas Berry Jr., Diego Berry, Trey Berry, Bridget Berry, Aidan Berry, Danika Berry, Caris Berry, and Kendall Berry. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Bandera Road on Tuesday, April 9, 2013, from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 7893 N. Grissom Rd., with Rev. Msgr. Patrick Cronin officiating.
Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi-Marian, 11624 Culebra Road. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.sunsetnwfuneralhome.com
