Delia B. Bustamante

Delia is preceded in death by her husband, Eugenio Bustamante; her parents, Jose and Maria Benavides; siblings, Minerva Villarreal and Elda Maldonado; son-in-law, Jesse Sanchez; and grand son-in-law, Jason Gonzalez.

She is survived by her sister, Viola Espinosa; brothers, Jose Ma Benavides and Roel Benavides; daughters, Myrna B. Sanchez, Patricia B. Suarez and son-in-law Michael A. Suarez; sons, Ernest Bustamante and daughter-in-law, Sonja Bustamante, and Enrique Bustamante and daughter-in-law, Melissa Bustamante. Her grandchildren, Jesse A. Sanchez and wife, Janine Sanchez, Christina Kotwica and husband, Ben Kotwica, Clarissa Garza and husband, Roger Garza, Rick Sanchez, Adrianna Bustamante, Michelle Suarez Danielle Suarez, Carlos Suarez, Erika Bustamante, and Briana Bustamante, and numerous great grandchildren also survive her.

Delia and her late husband, Eugenio Bustamante were one of the first small business-fencing contractors in San Antonio. They had their business for over 40 years together. She was a devoted loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt. The world was blessed with an amazing woman for 89 years. Her laughter, quick wit, firm and gentle hand, and her love for bingo and gambling will be greatly missed, but her family will especially miss her sweet hugs and her purest of love for them.

The family will be holding a private Celebration of Life to remember Delia and her memories.
