Antonio Lopez Ibarra

Antonio Lopez Ibarra was born on January 17, 1926 of Atascosa, TX. At the age of 91, he went to be with the Lord on May 9, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents Gregorio Gomez Ibarra & Maria Lopez; siblings Ramona Torres, Louisa Martinez, Juanita Solano, Jovita Jasso, Soledad & Alfonso Ibarra. He is survived by his beloved wife Felicitaz Herrera; children Diane Pina (Ignacio), Jose Ibarra (Josie), Antonio Ibarra Jr. (Gloria), Rene Mitch & Joann Ibarra; grandchildren Dr. Marisa Diaz (Rene), Stephen Pina (Melissa), Joey Ibarra (Melissa), Paul Ibarra (Jeanette), Jeannie Ibarra, Herlinda Ibarra & Nelson Gonzalez, Felicia Ibarra, Antonio Ibarra III, Rene "Jr." Ibarra & Gabriella L. Ibarra; great grandchildren Vianna Diaz, Dean Diaz, Gabriel Pina, Victoria Pina, Ezekiel Ibarra, Cristiano Ibarra, Rafael Ibarra, Javier Ibarra, Jace Ibarra & Millaray Gonzalez; siblings Jose Ybarra, Daniel Ibarra, Amado Ibarra, Lecodio Ibarra, Concha Margarita Ibarra & Rosemary Ibarra. Antonio worked for Army and Air Force Exchange Service and Lytle State Bank. He was a member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church since 1961, he was also a member of Holy name society and had a passion for the accordion, guitar and harmonica. He will truly be missed by family and friends. A Visitation will be on Monday May 15, 2017 at 5:00p.m. at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church in Atascosa, TX with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00p.m. A Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday May 16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church. Interment to follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
