Antonio C. Arias

Antonio C. Arias, age 90, entered rest on November 5, 2014, born in Dallas, Texas to Petronillo and Otila Arias on February 15, 1924. Mr. Arias served in the U.S. Navy during WWII, and U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He worked in aircraft maintenance and as an Aircraft Quality Control Inspector for over 25 years retiring from Kelly AFB after 35 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #7697. He was preceded in death by brother, Tomas Arias; his lovely wife of over 58 years, Beatrice Dominguez Arias and survived by their sons, Gilbert Antonio C. Arias and wife Elsa, Mario L. Arias and wife Esther, Alfredo D. Arias and wife Norma Jean, Richard D. Arias and wife Nancy; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Yolanda Ramos Arias; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at 5:00 p.m., Sunday, November 9, 2014 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m., Monday, November 10, 2014 to celebrate a 10:00 a.m. Mass at St. John Berchman Catholic Church.
