Amada G. Nieto

Amada G. Nieto entered into the loving arms of Our Lord on December 22, 2022 at the tender age of 89. Amada was born on November 9, 1933 in Cotulla, Texas to Dolores Morales and Eusebio G. Garza Sr., she was the sixth of nine children.

Amada was a devoted Catholic; she attended and volunteered her time at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church for many years. She was a member of the choir, the Guadalupanas Society; and served in the CCD ministry. Amada prayed the Holy Rosary daily and had a daily devotion time to the Lord and the Virgin Mary. She also enjoyed watching various religious programs, movies, and TV game shows.

Amada will be reunited in heaven with her parents, Dolores and Eusebio Garza Sr.; brothers, Eusebio and Ernesto Garza; sisters, Anne Gomez and Dolores Garcia; and nephew, Fernando Muriel III.

Her memory will forever live in her siblings, Alicia Garza, Frances Rendon, Mary Muriel and Abel Garza. Daughter, Veronica Harrington (Kyle); granddaughter, Sarah Nicole Nieto Serna; nieces, nephews and extended family.
