Alyssa Alexandria Berry Carmona was a beautiful, vibrant angel that joined our Savior in heaven on Sunday, March 19, 2017. She was a loving daughter to Rosa and Andres Carmona as well as a protective sister to Emily Carmona. Alyssa was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She had a larger than life personality and was always surrounded by friends and family that were drawn to her vivacious attitude. Throughout her life she touched many people with her kind words, loving heart and infectious smile. As a dedicated dancer at John Marshall High School she shared her passion for life through rhythm. After graduating High school Alyssa received her associate’s degree in Arts from Northwest Vista College. She continued her education at UTSA in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity. Not only was Alyssa book smart, but also incredibly talented at make-up and fashion. She shared this artistry with friends and family creating happiness and joy with anyone she worked with. She will forever be remembered for her kindness, selflessness, and warmth that she so generously shared. She is survived by mother, Rosa Carmona; Andres Carmona, father; Emily Carmona, sister; Samuel Carmona, brother; Christopher Carmona, brother; Patricia Carmona, sister; Jacob Troncoso, loving boyfriend; Daisy Carmona, companion; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She is preceded by Grandfather Ruben Gonzales, Grandfather Anthony Carmona, Grandmother Linda Carmona, Uncle Gilbert Gonzales, Aunt Patty Carmona, and Aunt Linda Carmona. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Rd. on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 from 5-9pm. On Wednesday, March 29, 2017 A Reflection of Life will begin at 12:00pm at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, with a funeral procession departing at 1:00pm for a 1:30pm service at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 10703 Wurzbach Road.
