Alejandra B. Rodriguez

On Monday, September 21, 2020 Alejandra Rodriguez, loving mother and grandmother was called to eternal rest at the age of 87. Alejandra was born on February 28, 1933 in Matehuala, Mexico to Espidirion and Adela Blanco. Alejandra and her husband Jose Rodriguez moved to San Antonio in 1968 and raised their four children, Minerva, Eufemia, Alejandra (Eloy) and Felipe on the West Side of San Antonio. Alejandra loved visiting the Market Square in downtown San Antonio, going out to eat at her favorite Mexican restaurants with her family and enjoying an ice cold Miller Lite. Alejandra leaves behind her sister, Eugenia Blanco and her brother Salvador Blanco, as well as her four adult children, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family but her memories will live on forever.

The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Chapel Service will be conducted on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery II.

Due to the Covid 19 declaration by the City , County and State Officials, the Visitation will be limited to 25 guests.

Facial coverings must be worn at all times while in the building.
