Albert will be truly missed. Everytime I saw him he always had a smile on his face. Im going to miss the way he would say "hello mandyyyyy" he would always give me a 7 up soda when I would visit. My Gemo loved him so very much I am so so sorry I can not physically be there to comfort my loved ones during this hard time but you all are in my thoughts and prayers love -Mandy, Dee, Bubby & Elijah

As we lay you down for eternal rest, know that you did a great job with us! We learn to love and respect you. I thank you for always providing for Mom love, comfort and safety. You took everything that was unbearable for some of us and somehow didn’t complain, much. I think because you knew you were carrying the cross,  for us. I will miss you and love you every day, but will learn to follow in your footsteps. Until we see each other again, watch over us like you always have, stay blessed Dad Albert. Albert is survived by his wife Hortencia Veliz Rios children Roseanne Veliz Oranday husband Luis Oranday; Carlos Veliz; Joe Veliz wife Doris Veliz; Michael Veliz; Patricia Casas and husband Manny Casas
His brothers Arthur Rios and his wife Stella Rios, Joe Rios and wife Cindy Rios.
Albert had numerous grandchildren, nephews and nieces.






He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Herminia Rios and Sister Elena Moreno.
