She is preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, San Jose Gaona and Ernest Gaona Jr.
Adelita is survived by her daughter, Kristy Lee Gaona, grandchildren, Skylar Lee Cardenas, Gilbert Eddie Cardenas, Elliyanah Elora Alfaro, siblings, Leonad M. Gaona (Becky), Roy M. Gaona, Christina M. Gloria, Rose Mary Vasquez(Robert), Barbara G. Guerra(Juan), numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
