Rosendo Hinojos, 87, of San Angelo, went to be with with heavenly Father July 5, 2018. Rosendo was born to Jesus and Maria Hinojos on March 1, 1931 and lived in San Angelo his entire life. Rosendo owned and operated Rosendo's Baber Shop and Pool Hall in the late 60's - 70's. He later retired from ASU after 20 years of service. He loved casinos and going to Las Vegas with family and friends, he made frequent visits over six decades. He will always be remembered as a loving and caring father, grandfather, and great grand father.
Rosendo is survived by his loving wife Beatrice, of 66 years; son, Felix and wife Evelina Hinojos; Daughter, Sylvia Hinojos; Granddaughters, Heather and husband Mark Franklin and Hillary Molinar; Great-grandchildren, Harrison and John Franklin, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He will continue to live in our heart always. Arrangements are under the direction of Johnsons Funeral Home. A rosary will be held Sunday, July 8th at 7:30pm in Johnson's Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM, Monday, July 9th, at Sacred Heart Cathedral with burial to follow at Calvary Catholic Church.
