Rosary will be 7:00 p.m. Wednesday June 27, in Johnson’s Funeral Home Chapel.
Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday in Holy Angels Catholic Church, with Rev. Charles Greenwell officiating.
Burial will follow in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Torres was born March 14 1935 in San Angelo to M.H. Perez and Reyes Nava Perez. She married Roberto V. Torres November 10, 1951 in Levelland. Julia was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband Roberto V. Torres, two daughters Martha Elena Solis of San Antonio, Myrna Arguello of Albuquerque, a son Roberto Torres Jr. and wife Carmen of Dallas, a brother Jose Perez and wife Margaret of San Angelo, two sisters Lucia Sepeda of Sweetwater, Rosa Cervantez of Abilene, three grandchildren Marisa Elena Medina, Roberto E. Medina, Jose Arguello, and several nieces and nephews.
