Peggy Jean Smith, 63, of Salisbury passed away Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Born in Salisbury she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Virginia Smith.
She was the mother of Brenda Phillips and her husband Rick and Glenda Salisbury; grandmother to Brandon Noble, Brian Simms, Richard Phillips, Jr., Cameron Phillips, and Alyssa Salisbury; great-grandmother to Baylee Phillips, and Aiden Phillips. She is also survived by her brother, Thomas Smullen, sister, Rose Harris; and long-time boyfriend David Frye; and several nieces and nephews.
