Kenneth “KW” Robert Worley, II, 30, of Pittsville passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at TidalHealth in Salisbury. Born July 26, 1990 in Salisbury he was the son of Cherryl Worley and Joseph Worley, Sr.
KW worked as a groundskeeper for Dove Pointe at Salisbury University and attended 3C Church in Delmar. He enjoyed playing slots at the VFW in Powellville. He was a great storyteller and many enjoyed hearing what he had to say. When not working he enjoyed spending time with his friends at Dove Pointe. Living on the farm with his family allowed him to spend time with everyone especially visiting with his PopPop every day. He also enjoyed riding around in his pickup listening to music, going to visit people, and spending time with his cat Onyx. Extremely caring and strong willed, KW never gave up on anything.
In addition to his parents Joe and Cherryl he is survived by brothers Kyle Worley, Joey Worley; sister, Kimberly Worley; grandparents, James and June Haggerty; aunt and uncle, Andrew and Theresa Haggerty; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Marvin Worley and Louise Raley; aunt, Dawn Davis.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11am at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury. Rev. Trent Molner will officiate. Interment will follow in Pittsville Cemetery. Friends may visit Tuesday evening from 6pm-8pm and Wednesday from 10am-11am at the funeral home.
