David Richard Mills, Sr. 71, of Parsonsburg passed away Sunday, October 6, 2024 at TidalHealth in Salisbury. Born February 20, 1953 in Salisbury he was the son of the late Orville Lee Mills, Sr. and Emma Matthews Mills.
Dave held many positions over his career in the construction industry. He was a longstanding member of Union United Methodist Church. He was always there to lend a helping hand and take care of his family.
He is survived by his children, David Richard Mills, Jr., Jonathan James Mills, Jessica Joy Garcia, and Sarah Isabella Mills; several grandchildren; brother, Orville Mills, Jr.; sister, Mildred Parker; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank his niece, Marie Parker Christopher for all the love and care given to her uncle Dave.
