Theda was born on November 3, 1934, to Bernice and Theron Bissett in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She was the devoted mother of four daughters: Carol Kleck, Linda Kleck (husband Dan Kleck), Vickie White, and Cathy Purdy (husband Al Hryhoriw). She is also survived by her beloved sister, Thelma Hanley.
Theda's family was her greatest joy. She took immense pride in her seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Her love and care for her family were unmatched, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Theda lived a full and vibrant life, filled with passions and hobbies that brought her happiness. She had a talent for sewing and crocheting, a green thumb in her garden, and a love for fishing, camping, and mushroom hunting.
Preceding her in death are her parents, Bernice and Theron Bissett; her husband, Alvin "Pete" White; her ex-husband, Charles Carter; her brothers, Richard Bissett and Gordon Bissett; and her grandson, Scottie Kleck.
Theda will be remembered as a loving, devoted, and strong woman who left a lasting legacy of love and memories. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
