Robert "Bob" Charles Stocker, age 83, of Salem, Oregon passed away on Monday, October 26, 2020. Bob was born October 11, 1937 in Grainfield, Kansas to Ernie and Gwendolen (Gregg) Stocker. He served in the United States Army. He worked as a Skip Tracer for the Justice Department.
