Marilyn was born January 5, 1939 in Miami, OK to Ralph and Plauda Brown. She grew up in Miami, OK and then she married Ronald Hines and moved to California. She spent most of her years living between California and Oklahoma and the last six years in Salem, OR.
She was known for her quick wit and humor, loved being around small children, and enjoyed working as a grandma at elementary schools.
Marilyn is preceded in death by her husband Ronald, her parents, two sisters Barbara and Jane Ann, her brother Ralph, her son Terry, and her grandson Eric.
Marilyn is survived by her son Ed (Gayle) Hines of Santa Clara, CA. Her daughters Rhonda Inman of Bradenton, FL, and Cherie Hines of Salem, OR. Her brother Ed Brown of CA, and grandchildren Gary (Taryn) Moore, Ryan (Amanda) Moore, Edward Matlock, Blair Hines, and many loved great grandkids and nieces and nephews.
