Darlene Jamison passed away on December 10, 2024, in Salem, Oregon. Darlene was born in Somerset, Wisconsin on April 28, 1927, the seventh of eight children of John and Angela Liberty. She met Johnnie Jamison while visiting relatives in Oregon shortly after his arrival home from WWII. Darlene traveled back across the country to marry Johnnie on August 24, 1946. They settled in Woodburn where they raised their daughters. They owned and operated Jamison’s Rental & Repair in Woodburn until Johnnie’s death in 1981. Darlene enjoyed pinochle, bowling, and family trips to Reno. Daughters Donna Kriegshauser, Cheryl Jamison, and infant Sandra Jamison predeceased her. Darlene is survived by daughter Deborah Jamison, grandchildren Chris Kriegshauser, Bryan Kriegshauser and Lori Lawrence, four great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
