Patricia Houlihan Dolan was granted with the Sacraments of the Holy Mother Church on
Thursday, October 11, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Dolan: loving, devoted mother and mother- in - law to : Sara, Tricia ( John), Brigid ( Kurt), Franny ( Paul), loving grandmother to :Brigid (Chad) , Bob ( Jessica ), Martha ( Tom), Meghan ( Jake),Gerard ( Pachi ) , Tom ( Stephanie), Morgan
(Xin Ying) , Mary ( Lucas), Will, Taylor and Turner. Amongst her great grandchildren, who called her Grammy : Ryan, Charlotte, Holly, Jack, Joe, Betsy and Andrew. Pat was also a dear aunt, sister, sister in law, cousin and niece. Pat loved life and lived it to its fullest; always was fun, witty, knowledgeable, and everyone brought her joy, love, laughter and happiness.
She lived how she died, Happy and Holy. We are grateful to family, friends, helpers and neighbors who gave their time to drive, cook, bake, clean, walk and hold her hand. Also, to those in a particular who lovingly sat and listened. Pat reminded us of why we should never forget the aged, the poor, the frail, the disabled, the lost, the dying and the power of prayer. Pat looked forward to joining her beloved husband, Tom, who she has missed and never forgotten. If you remember Tom, you’ll understand that Pat and Tom are going to have a warm and beautiful afterlife together. Pat is loved and will be missed. Her last memorial words will always live on : “ Pray and Thank you.”
Patricia H. Dolan’s precious life will be celebrated 1:00 pm Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church, 1971 Dougherty Ferry Rd., St. Louis, MO 63122. Visitation will be from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. in St. Gerard Majella foyer. All are welcome.
