James Rickey DeVore

DeVore, James Rickey, 56, on Sunday, March 15, 2015. Son of the late Robert and Beverly Jean (nee Pratt) DeVore, he was born in Oregon County, MO on June 10, 1958. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Duddy) DeVore; loving father of Christopher (Christy) DeVore, Megan DeVore, Michael (Cindy) Graham, Danielle Marshall, and Sara (Timothy) Hartle; dear grandfather of Dylan Shepard, Parker Hartle, Javin Bittick, Aubrey DeVore, Brandon Graham, Isaac Holden, Alex Graham, Layla Hartle, Bentley DeVore, Kane DeVore, Lilly Hartle, Aaron, Andrew, Allison, & Aidan Harris; dear brother of Joan (Jodan) Cheever, Kathleen (James) Brown, and Anita (Ron) Mills; dear cousin, uncle, and friend to many.

Jim was an avid outdoorsman from the start. He loved hunting and fishing, starting with small game as a boy. He also enjoyed swimming and just enjoying the great outdoors, whether it be on a beach or out in the woods. That same spirit was evident in his enjoyment of motorcycles, vacations, and even into work as he had a lawn service as well.

SERVICES: Visitation 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, Marh 20, 2015. Funeral at ALEXANDER-WHITE-MULLEN Funeral Home 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 21, 2015. Interment in Mount Lebanon Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Lung Association.
