Born in Gainesville, Florida to her parents Leon and Gladys Hall, Sandy spent her childhood in Tampa, FL.
Sandy was so full of joy. She was kind, loving, generous, and funny person whom everyone loved to be around. She loved music and worked with several record labels in Los Angeles before moving to Alpharetta, GA. Her other passion was helping people and she devoted a great deal of her life to charitable organizations. She last worked at the Cottage School in Roswell, Georgia, where she loved working with the children there.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, David McKinney; sister, LynnDee Snyder and husband John; cousins, Judy Kennedy, Joni Kauhane, and Rod Martino; brother-in-law, Don McKinney and wife Donna; brother-in-law, Gary McKinney; nephews, Rob McKinney and Carlos McKinney; and niece, Rosa Brown.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
