I have lots of fond memories of Aunt Roma. 
One that sticks out is her desire to come to Erin's wedding shower in 2004.  She had a particular candle in mind that she wanted very much to give to Erin and Tim. Every time she told us the name of the candle (Sex on the Beach) she would giggle. 
We had lots of conversations about working in the lunchrooms at our respective schools, too. It was fun to have that in common.
Aunt Roma was such a lively one and had a knack for making people feel special...and oh how she loved her family. I will miss her very much.

My fondest memories were of Sheryl and I taking my mom (Ruth) to Aunt Libby's house and meeting the Aunts (Rita and Roma) and Duane (cousin).  We would go out to lunch and have a wonderful afternoon together.  They will always have a special place in my heart.  R.I.P. Aunt Roma, you will be dearly missed.

Roma was a dear friend of my mother, Daisy Bryant.  Many years after my folks moved back to Alabama, Roma maintained contact with Mom, even after dementia took away my mom's ability to respond.  When Mom could no longer carry a conversation, Roma called me to check on Mom.  She continued to support me after Mom passed in 2012.

She was a lovely person and a true Christian.  God rest her soul.
