Born on Oct 3, 1932 in Stedman, North Carolina,
He was the 1st of 10 children.
He served 12 years in the US Air Force, attaining the rank of SSGT.
He lived in North Highlands, CA, for the last 47 years. He worked at Lockheed Martin and after that ran a service station and garage in Roseville, CA, before retiring.
Bill enjoyed hunting and shooting sports and was a member of the Lincoln Shooting Sports Center where he loved trap shooting.
Bill is survived by his two sisters, eight children, twelve grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
A public viewing for Bill will be held on Saturday, September 8th, from 4 to 7pm at Lambert Funeral Home, 400 Douglas Blvd., Roseville, CA.
