Elizabeth Joyce passed away on September 2, 2010 at the age of 95. Elizabeth resided in Sonoma County for about 15 years, from 1992 to 2007. During her time in our community, she volunteered at the Petaluma Senior Center and the Hospice of Petaluma Thrift Store. Elizabeth was a World War II veteran and, for a number of years, a member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. Elizabeth leaves behind three daughters, Catherine Joyce-Coll of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Margaret Kent, a resident of Petaluma and Elizabeth Clingman, who lives in Roseville, CA. Elizabeth is also survived by 5 Grandchildren. Two of whom, Brian and Amanda Kent are residents of Petaluma. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Robert Joyce. There will be a private family mass in Roseville where Elizabeth spent the last years of her life.
