Sandra graduated Franklin Delano High School in 1970. She also attended Hunter University in New York where she graduated in 1974.
In addition to her parents, Sandra is preceded in death by her son, David Capps.
She is survived by her loving husband, Larry E Capps; children, Abigail Scott and Rebecca Collins.
Sandra's wisdom and love will always be remembered and missed.
