Dot was an avid Bowler for over 50 years in Florida. She was one of the first women to bowl a 600 series in Pinellas, Florida. She was instrumental in starting the St. Petersburg Women’s Bowling Association (SPWBA), where she served as President, Director, and lifetime member. She was elected to the SPWBA Hall of Fame in 1977. Dot touched many lives, and those around her knew she was strong, independent, and, sometimes, a little feisty. She was a true lady, and will be dearly missed by so many.
Honoring Dot’s love for animals, in lieu of flowers, we request you donate to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
