Don Richard Clark

Don was a devoted family man first and foremost. He served as Bank Commissioner for the State of Arkansas. He was a dedicated and Former President of The Fraternal Order of Eagles, FOE, Post 60. Don was also a U.S. Navy Veteran.

He looked forward to the yearly family reunions at the Current River where he would hunt, fish and float with family. He was truly an outdoors man.

He is survived by his companion, Charlotte Eagle of Little Rock; son, Richard Clark (Bridgette) of Paragould; daughter, Sandra McKelvey (Charles Bajorek) of Little Rock; brother, Jonny Clark of Rogers; sisters, Mary Jo Hood of Eagle Rock, Arkansas; grandsons, Michael Clark and John Johnston; and great-grandchild, Oaklynn Clark.

A graveside service will be on Wednesday 10:30am in Wesley Cemetery, Wesley, Arkansas.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 2pm at the FOE 60, 6200 Aerie Dr., Little Rock.
