Colonel was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Jimmie Amos and sisters, Barbara Diane and Goldie Elam.
He is survived by his sons: Rockey Amos, Bryan Amos, and Dustin Amos; daughters, Elaina Kay, Diane Schlieper, Blaze Scherer; brothers, Charlie Amos, Bennie Amos, and Ronnie Amos; sisters, Beatrice Virginia, Alice Smith, Carol Donaldson, Cledith Riordan, and Beth Moore.
He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 1:30 at Union Cemetery.
