Michael Mirenda

Michael was a United States Army veteran 1st Infantry division and served his country with honor and pride. He was an electrical engineer by profession and enjoyed his work. Michael was a smart, funny, and caring person and the most adoring grandfather. He enjoyed playing trivia, bingo, reading, football, and was an active member of VFW rocket post 4534.

He is survived by his son James Mirenda, daughter Jennifer Holland(Mirenda), son-in-law Jeremy Holland, daughter-in-law Veronica Mirenda, grandsons Nicholas Mirenda, James Mirenda, and Chase Mirenda, granddaughters Eloise Holland, Lucia Holland, Lorelei Holland, and Reilly Hodak-Mirenda, sister Jane Hale, and brother Albert Mirenda.

A graveside service for Michael will be held Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754. Following the graveside service will be a gathering of friends and family at 11:30 AM at Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 S US Highway 1, Rockledge, FL 32955.
