Irma H Johnson

Irma Harrell Johnson Rockledge Irma Harrell Johnson, 81, passed away Friday, January 7, 2011. Irma was born in Rockledge on July 26, 1929, the daughter of Lewis and Sarah Howell Harrell. Irma graduated from Cocoa High School in 1947, and was employed by Southern Bell for 33 years. She was a member of the Mosquito Beaters and a member of the First Baptist Church for over 50 years. She was predeceased by her parents, brother and her husband, Leonard I. Johnson. Irma is survived by her sisters, Fleeta Lindley and Helen Deem; her step daughter, Grace (Russell) Davis; grandchildren, Noah and Bryan Davis all of Rockledge; sister-in-law, Nora McDonald of Merritt Island; brother-in-law, Ted Johnson of Texas; and several nieces and neph ews. Visiting hours will be from Florida Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home at 5-7 pm Tuesday, January 11th with services at the First Baptist Church of Cocoa at 11 am on Wednesday, January 12th with burial at Florida Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memori als may be made to First Baptist Church of Cocoa.
