It is with heavy hearts we let you know that Sara Ann Taskey, 38, of Machesney Park, Illinois, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023. Daughter, sister, mother, aunt and Friend. Preceded in death by father, Kevin Scherer. She leaves behind mother, Tonya (Alfonso) Paluzzi; brother, Chris (Dawn) Taskey; Gabrielle Andres, Devyn Andres, Nalani Andres, and Mayah Andres; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family would like to extend a thank you to the doctors, nurses, palliative care, and hospice care at UW Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. Another special thank you to friend, June Scrack, cousins, Michelle Jenkins and Daniel Starns for their love and support through a difficult time. There will be no funeral per Sara's request, but there will be a Celebration of Life at a later date. We as a family would like to thank you for all of your prayers at this time.
