Patricia Ann Washkoviak

Patricia Ann Washkoviak, 96, of Rockford passed away Tuesday at OSF St. Anthony Hospital. Patricia was born on November 6, 1925, in Rockford, the daughter of Millard and Genevieve (O’Callahan) Devine. Patricia loved to bake, watch old westerns and golf on TV. She loved her dogs and was an avid Cubs fan. Patricia’s greatest enjoyment was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Patricia is survived by her daughter Wanda Bainter; grandchildren: Monica (Kerry Flynn) Phillips and Brent (Lydia) Bainter; great-grandchildren: Max Phillips, Ryan Phillips, Griffin Bainter and Ethan Bainter. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, sisters: Mary Taunis and Marie Shipley; brother: Millard “Bud” Devine, Jr.; son-in-law: Jeffrey Bainter; best friend: Carolyn Crockett.

Cremation rites have been accorded by Advantage Funeral and Cremation Service 7000 West State Street in Rockford.
